How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and contact information for up to 12 months after your initial enquiry. If you do not become a patient, or if you withdraw from treatment and no longer require our services, your contact details will be securely deleted after this period. Where treatment has been provided, we will retain clinical records for the period required by our professional and legal obligations.
